Wonderful Wave Hill Agate.....#rs-oth920

This great Wave Hill specimen comes from Australia's Northern Territory, and was found around 1960. There's been no real production of these agates for over 50 years now, and this one is the best we've seen in a long time. It's full-shaped, showy, and sits great for display. There's a subtle fracture on the right side just out of the pattern (these agates are typically very fractured), and the extreme right quarter inch or so tapers slightly below the polish. A wonderful example of a hard to get agate type, this excellent stone measures 3 1/4 x 1 11/16 inches, & 6.3 oz.
